Khallikote University was a state university situated in Brahmapur, Odisha. It was founded in 2015 as a cluster university with five constituent colleges, transformed into a unitary university in 2020 and merged with Berhampur University in 2021, thus ceasing operation.
Khallikote University can be found in Khallikote (India). Berhampur University was established in 1856 as a school. It was upgraded to full-fledged university status in 2015. After completing their studies, graduates of KUB can be found in well-known companies such as IBM and HCL. The institution only offers postgraduate courses in biology, economics and management. It does not offer undergraduate courses.
The Khallikote University is widely considered to be one of India's top educational institutions for its wide variety of undergraduate courses. Under the supervision of a teacher, the University maintains a well-maintained library
Each course has 50 books on average. The University also has a daily newspaper, magazines and Journals.
The library is large enough to hold around 100 students at once.
Science Lab
Two separate labs are available for chemistry and Physics
All resources are available to students for their practical work.
Students can clear their doubts by using practicals to understand the concepts.
Hostel
The hostel facility is available for both boys and girls at a very affordable rate.
It is well-maintained with 24 hour electricity and RO and UV-free water
Students in the area have access to transport facilities
Canteen
The canteen provides students with hygienic food.
Students can also use the tables and chairs to help them relax and enjoy their meals.
Water is pure and free of RO and UV.
There are approximately 50-100 people in the canteen at any given time.
Computer Lab
The lab is equipped with well-equipped computers that can be used to improve and assist students.
The 2017 computer lab was installed by the charitable society
It also has at least 30 computers of the latest technology and a teacher faculty who is fully qualified to assist students.
The lab is located on the third floor of the main University Building
All course students can use the lab to learn in any way they like.
For the benefit of students, a new air conditioner was installed in the lab.

The University admits applicants based upon their performance in the Central Universities Common Entrance Tests (CUCET), and the Odisha State Universities Common Entrance Tests (OSUCET).
For admission to the MBA program, the University will accept a valid score of either MAT/XAT/CAT/ OJEE. Other Entrance Accepted: CUCET/ OSUCET/MAT/ CAT/ OJEE.
