About Shri Jai Narain Misra Post Graduate (KKC) College, Lucknow

Founded in 1917 as a modest Anglo-Sanskrit school, this important institution of the U.P. walks faster and faster since. It was upgraded to college in 1918, and to high school in 1920. Intermediate College in 1923, Graduate College in 1946, Full Graduate College (Faculty of Arts, Science, Commerce) in 1954. Today it is the biggest associated college of Lucknow University catering to the needs of approx 10,000 students at the graduate and post-graduate levels.

Residential Accommodation

Separate boys and girls hostels with high security are available on the university campus. Boys and girls have two hostels with WiFi services for UG and PG, which can accommodate about 450 students each with good infrastructure. A university van and a car are always available to meet new customer needs. A well-equipped gymnasium is set up for the students of the hostel to develop the physical abilities of boys and girls.
