The institute was founded in the year 1984 in Bhausahebnagar (Tal. Niphad, Dist. Nashik) and then moved into Nashik City at the end of September. The land of 8.2 hectares was given by Shri. Kakusheth Udesi of Hirabai Haridas Chariteble Trust, Mumbai. The Society began building infrastructure on the site (known informally as Hirabai Haridas Vidya Nagari) in 1987. At present, it was fully constructed and offers the College with a building offices classes, drawing halls laboratories, workshops, etc. The building with a built-up surface in 32,199 Sq.m. is among the biggest buildings in the city. All classrooms, laboratories, and other spaces are designed to meet the requirements of students. The college has a vast library of reference books as well as periodicals, textbooks and journals.
