Krishnaveni Degree College, Guntur was established in 2005.
The KRISHNAVENI DEGREE COLLEGE was launched in 2005 with the recruitment of only 50 students. The institute has grown very rapidly in quality and quantity with the strength of 2016 in UG and 86 in PG in the academic year 201718. The college is affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. This college offers various combinations in the fields of arts, commerce, and sciences, including computer science.KVDC is located in the heart of Narsaropet. The college has four academic buildings and a separate hall for boys and girls.

Residential Accommodation
KVDC hostel rooms are comfortably furnished and make for a good home away from home. Girls and boys have separate blocks and each block has a fixed capacity. There is a wide range of accommodation options to choose from, for student convenience.CCTV cameras at the entrances to all campus hostels and hostels. There is 24 x 7 electricity and water supply in all the hostels. Guards and housekeeping services are provided at all hostels day and night.
The Library
The treasury of books and periodicals is the centre of intellectual activity in any institution. The Central Library works for its readers with a concern for creativity and innovation, predecessors of Research and Development. The general library of our college was established in 2000. It has a well-equipped library that accumulates over 45,024 volumes of selected books in various engineering, management, and basic and general science subjects.
Medical Services and Health Center
Krishnaveni Degree College, Guntur knows that physical health is more important for students to concentrate well on their studies. The College pays particular attention to the health of students. Our college has a health centre with all the facilities on the campus and also an experienced doctor who takes care of this health centre. The medical service vehicle is always ready on site 24 hours a day.
Transport
A full-fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facilities to students and staff from various places. This service is offered to ensure hassle-free and safe transportation.
The College runs 10 buses for providing transport facilities to students from various places in and around Narasaraopet town. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.

The Placement Committee conducts a systematic briefing system for the Final Year students where they are kept informed of the status of employer participation, likely roles and salaries. Equipping Students with necessary skill sets & preparing for placements. The placement cell proactively studies industry requirements and analyses the capability of the students. Lectures are encouraged and interaction with eminent industrialists gives students a comprehensive picture of emerging industry trends.
