LCM Palakkad offers a postgraduate program in the discipline of Management. Admission to LEAD College of Management is done on the basis of CAT/MAT/KMAT scores. A common recreational food court provides the students with choices. The food served is of high quality, nutritious, and healthy. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food is served and prepared by expert chefs with prior experience in hotels.

Computer lab with state-of-the-art servers, advanced PCs, Multimedia Systems, High Bandwidth Internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi Campus enabling students to have adequate access to all the latest standard software packages.

Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program must have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the degree final examination from a recognized university. Shortlisting of students based on KMAT/CMAT/CAT score obtained by the student followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
