LVEC is a private, unaided, co-educational engineering college approved by AICTE and affiliated with Anna University. The college was started in the year 2001. The fourth batch of aspiring engineers is now ready to leave the portals of this great institution, efficiently steered by the Head of the Institution Dr. Prabhu Ramakrishnan, and under the able guidance of our Honorable Chairman Mr. G. KESAVA YADAV, with integrity and vision. The college has highly qualified and experienced faculty and an excellent infrastructural facility. The institution attempts to create benchmarks by incorporating new initiatives in the field of education through its learning methodologies. The laboratories are provided with highly sophisticated equipment and instruments that provide ample opportunities for students for grasping practical knowledge by applying theoretical classroom learning. The library is spread in 4000sq.ft of area. The library has a collection of 17000 volumes of books and 5097 titles. It has subscribed to 70 journals and magazines.

Hostel-

The spacious hostel is available for both boys and girls inside the campus. Hostel room is allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Sport- 

Institute has the facility for various indoor and outdoor games like football, cricket, chess, table tennis, etc.
