Library Rules & RegulationsThe college library provides three library cards for each Bachelor's student. The student who has lost the library card is liable to punish with a fine. The students who don't return the library books in time are also liable to punish with a fine amount. The project works of the senior students are placed in a separate section for the reference purpose of junior students and future references to the following juniors.

The Loyola Institute of Technology and Management has established an excellent air-conditioned auditorium having 200 seating capacity with all the required audio and visual facilities. Auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000 to conduct various National and International conferences.

The Loyola Institute of Technology and Management has Medical assistance for students: health center, health insurance, etc. A dispensary facility is available within the campus and a doctor in general medicine is recruited by the institution who is available during institute times. NSS Unit organizes camps for eye checkups and blood donation regularly. It is a practice of the institution to host a blood donation camp every year on the eve of the chairman‘s birthday. The Loyola Institute of Technology and Management has Sports and Recreation as an interesting activities for all ages and a powerful medium for interaction with other institutions. The institute playground comprises various Sports and Games fields like Shuttle Badminton, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Tennikoit, etc for both men and women. The institute conducts different sports events inside the campus and many of our students have participated in zonal, intrastate, and national level competitions and won several prizes in various sports events. Students from all the departments also participated in different track and field events and win prizes during inter-departmental sports events.

The campus is 39Kms from Guntur town, and the Loyola Institute of Technology and Management provides a transportation facility for both students and staff. 10 buses take care of the commutation of about six hundred students from various locations.

The Loyola Institute of Technology and Management has well-equipped laboratories as per University norms and is spread over 60 rooms in an area of 3960 sq.m. The institute has an exclusive English Communication Skills Laboratory equipped with multimedia systems.
