For BA-LLB Admission, selection is based solely on the merits of candidates' performance in the CLAT. Interested individuals must register on the official CLAT website. The B.A.LL.B Program has a total intake capacity of 100 seats, including twenty seats for supernumerary admission in the Foreign Nationals / NRI / NRI sponsored category. Additionally, two seats are reserved for permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

LLM Admission is contingent upon the candidate's performance in the CLAT. Registration is mandatory on the official CLAT website. The LLM program has a total intake capacity of fifty seats, with 10 supernumerary seats designated for Foreign National / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates. Two seats are specifically reserved for permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

For Ph.D. Admission, the university conducts the Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT). UGC-NET and JRF-qualified candidates are exempt from the test but are required to participate in a personal interview.
