Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 on 20th March 2014, is one of the premier National Law Universities in India. BA-LLB Admission The admission to the BA-LLB course is strictly based on the merits of the candidates' performance in CLAT. Candidates must register on the official website of CLAT. The total intake capacity for B.A.LL.B Program is 100 from which are twenty seats for supernumerary admission under Foreign Nationals / NRI / NRI sponsored category. The remaining two seats are reserved for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents
LLM Admission Acceptance for LLM admission to the LLM programme is contingent upon the quality of the candidate's performance on the CLAT. Candidates must register themselves at the official website of CLAT. The total intake capacity for the program is fifty of which 10 supernumerary seats are in the Foreign National / NRI / NRI sponsored category. The remaining two seats are reserved for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents
Ph.D. Admission: Admission into this Ph.D. course shall be done through the Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT) is administered by the university. UGC-NET and JRF qualified candidates do not need be present for the test and can be able to be present during the personal interview.
