Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute offers a part-time 1-year Diploma course in 2 specializations with an intake of 40 students in each and a full-time 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in 2 disciplines with 40 seats each.
Candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Degree course with a minimum experience of 3 years are eligible to join the Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management. The minimum eligibility requirement of the Diploma in Labour Law and Practice course is that candidates must be working individuals with experience in labor practice or they must be students of management, law, social work, human resources, etc.
For admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety course, candidates who have a Ph.D. Degree in engineering or technology, Graduation or Post-Graduation, or Diploma Degree in Engineering, Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, and the like are considered eligible to join the course. For the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management course, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University to be eligible.
Admission to both Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma courses is given on a merit basis and marks are obtained in the interview round conducted by the college.
