Hostel
The college undoubtedly has one of the deciding factors of an institution undoubtedly is a hostel. Who'll appreciate a hostel, unless it becomes a Home Away From Home? MLEC has earned a good reputation, especially for its care and concern for the students who are away from their parents. An exclusive dairy farm and mineral water plant are installed, keeping in view the health and needs of hostellers. A separate hostel facility for boys is provided on the college campus. Resident lecturers are appointed to ensure personal as well as academic care. Nutritious delicious food and a spacious dining hall make one feel at home.
Library
The library with an area of 6000 sq. ft. has a collection of 15000 volumes of different disciplines of engineering and science. It also provides national and international journals, magazines, and suitable material to enable the students to prepare for competitive exams. The college has a book bank for SC and ST students. At a time study provision is made for 180 students. The library is open for 14 hours a day to study.
Cafeteria
The college has Quest understands that refreshment time is the time when a student takes a break from their studies to relax and thus eating area has been specially designed with a clean and comfortable environment where they can enjoy their food. The college cafeteria is open to the students, staff, and other visitors. The cafeteria serves fresh and hot meals and the menu has been planned meticulously to best fit the needs of the students. As a favorite spot for students, the cafeteria provides hygienic and healthy foods, snacks, and beverages at an affordable price.
Placement
The Training and Placement cell ensures the future of Malineni students in the dynamic & vibrant professional job market. This cell sees to it that the efforts of the students throughout the course bear fruits in the end. The training and placement cell is headed by the Training and Placement Officer for the college who is on high alert, seeking opportunities for the students whenever and however they come. Around 50 companies are regularly recruiting our engineering students every year.
