Mar Thoma College of Science & Technology founded in the year 1995 is owned and managed by the Mar Thoma Educational, Technical, Training & Research Centre (MT-ETTARC), which has its head office at, Mar Thoma Kendram, Mannanthala, Trivandrum, under the Trivandrum-Quilon Diocese of the Mar Thoma Church. The college has eight Under-Graduate and six Post-Graduate courses with due affiliation from the University of Kerala. The society (MT-ETTARC) is registered under the Travancore - Cochin Literary, Scientific, and Charitable Societies Registration Act XII of 1955. The institution is recognized as a Minority Status Institution under Article 30 of the Indian constitution by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions vide its order dated The Mar Thoma College of Science and Technology, placed in the idyllic setting, overlooking the bewitching Ithikkara River, with a sprawling campus, by the State Highway (SH-1) between Ayur and Chadayamangalam, harnessing value based education, rooted in social, ethical and spiritual foundations, for imparting knowledge, as is seen and understood in the light of Gods revealed wisdom.
