Marathwada Mitra Mandal, Pune is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 under Registration No. F-338 P dated 19th Jan1967. It was established in 1967 by Hon. Late Shankarraoji Chavan, Former Home Minister, Govt. of India as the "Founder President" and followed by Hon. Late Vilasraoji Deshmukh, Former Union Minister, Govt, of India.

Library

The Central Library of Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Engineering was established in 2006. The main objective of the central Library is to support the educational and research program of the institute by providing physical and intellectual access to information, consistent with the present and the anticipated educational and research function of the institute and to be a hub of knowledge with an enviable collection of reading material.

The library consists of a reference section, a journal section, a reading hall, and a stack room. The library has a unique collection of encyclopedias, handbooks, textbooks, reference books, journals, CDs / DVDs, etc. The library uses SLIM library management software for its day-to-day functioning.  It consists of various modules like admin, book acquisitions, cataloging, circulation, serial control, budget, and OPAC.

Central Library is Located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the college building.

Book Stacking Area: Subject-wise labeled shelves, well-organized stack section for easier dissemination of knowledge.

Class Rooms

All classrooms are equipped with modern furniture, OHP, LCD projectors with white screens, green board, whiteboard, and internet.

E-learning System

MMCOE has successfully implemented an e-learning system, an online teaching-learning program using the e-learning software "Moodle". The aim is to move from a "teaching-centered approach" to a "learning-centered approach". From the e-learning portal, students can download teaching material prepared by our teachers. This portal has various other online learning tools that students can use. It includes online quizzes, chats with teachers to solve queries, messaging systems, receiving assignments, etc. Dr. A.S. Sawaikar of the General Sciences department and Mrs. Swati Shekapure of the Computer Engineering department are coordinating the e-learning activities.

Mess

A canteen is a place where students unwind and relax with friends to enjoy good quality, delicious and healthy food at nominal rates.

MMCOE has a spacious canteen facility on the college premises. A variety of Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with the highest quality.

Our college canteen is blessed with a family atmosphere, with a variety of delicacies, touched by a homemade flavor, cooked to perfection, and served with great courtesy. Refreshments are available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff even during peak times.

The canteen has a big kitchen with a steam cooking facility and the kitchen staff take extra care to provide our students with an excellent canteen, modern & hygienic. The dishes prepared here are delicious, and nutritious as well. Food items are prepared with RO-treated water. As well as offering healthy food daily.
