Marthoma College of Management and Technology was founded in 2005 as a full-fledged business school. The College has Minority Educational Institution status, granted by the National Minority Commission for Educational Institutions of the Government of India. The two-year MBA program extends over four semesters and offers a wide range of specializations. AICTE has approved additional approvals since 2012. The college has consistently achieved results in academic areas and internships. National 'B' - School Surveys has ranked MCMAT among the top 5 institutions in Kerala and the top 25 institutions in South India. MCMAT has national and international connections to industry and educational institutions. MCMAT is the only MBA college of the MTEA Society of Mar Thoma Syrian Church.

With the need to supplement and support students and faculty with knowledge resources to keep abreast of thoughts and latest developments, journals, CD machines, and test books in the college library.  It includes books on various aspects of management and IT, as well as magazines and journals, and enriches your existing setup with an extensive and up-to-date knowledge base directory.  On average, 1,000 volumes of books and magazines are added to the collection every year. Automated library with barcode reader for entering book reference numbers. Computers provide an Internet connection with the ability to print. The TCS-ion software is used to record book details and book circulation. Copy services are also available.MCMAT has excellent library facilities with a rich collection of books in the field of management, IT, and books open to the general public. The books cover all areas of interest and study in the program. It owns periodicals and scientific journals of national and international renown. The library is constantly replenished with the latest books and magazines. It has a digital space that provides access to e-resources through The J Gate portal and e-journals through EBSCO services. 

Central computing devices: 

The college is endowed with enviable computer facilities. The college campus has Wi-Fi capabilities to encourage easy access to the internet. MCMAT encourages MBA students to gain hands-on computing experience and encourages students to build skills in subject areas through hands-on sessions, projects, and additional assignments.  Information technology and computer applications have changed the role of managers because people with such skills have a competitive advantage in these areas.

Accommodation in a hostel: 

Hostel accommodations are available for male and female students on the Asramam campus. Full-time students can use the computer room longer and actively participate in learning programs. 

Language Lab: 

A language laboratory is available to improve language and English skills. The college has a well-equipped and technologically advanced language laboratory supported by Lang Lab software and the print resources of Cambridge University Press publications.  

Sports: 

Sport plays a central role in personality development and health maintenance. The college has specially developed a sports environment that meets international standards and offers a truly global experience for all of our students. All are available on campus: basketball, badminton, billiards, table tennis, and chess.
