Around 300 students can be accommodated in a fully-equipped boys' boarding school and 250 students in a girls' boarding school. The shelters are managed by rangers and monitored by management. All hostels are equipped with study rooms, indoor game rooms, TV and entertainment rooms, and communal lounge areas and are equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor unwanted activities on the hostel premises. The hostels are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The hostel dining room is available for Resident students and staff, serving quality food and evening tea three times a day. It accepts students from different states, mainly from Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. In addition to students, the halls of residence also welcome workers from other countries.
Laboratory:
There are separate laboratories for all natural science courses. We have fully equipped and functional laboratories for Forensic Science, chemistry, physics, biotechnology, and microbiology as well as computer rooms. There are 3 computer rooms with 210 traffic systems and internet access.All laboratories have modern devices and are equipped with modern technology. All laboratories are open to students at any time of the day and on any day of the week. Students who carry out research projects are also supported by employees in the laboratories outside of university working hours. All students are encouraged to work in laboratories and carry out specific research tasks. Maintenance of lab manuals, chemicals, and safety equipment is handled by management through lab assistants for each lab.
Library:
The library has full-time librarians available to guide and support students and teachers. More than 99% of students and teachers visit the library every day. It is also equipped with modern software for managing library data and efficiently distributing books to students and faculty. There are also multilingual newspapers nationwide. Library matters are governed by the College Library Committee. It also has a high-speed WiFi connection that allows students and teachers to access online resources. Library hours are explicitly stated in each department's timetable to encourage students to use the library facilities. The library is also open to students outside of university opening hours and opening hours are extended during exams.
Scholarships:
Students have every opportunity to apply for scholarships from the government and other bodies. Fresh and Renewal Scholarships will be awarded to 66 students with a total value of Rs.1,55,760. 8 hosts received 48,500 rupees as a special scholarship for higher education from the central government. 18 students are beneficiaries of social assistance (total amount 32,000/-). It should also be noted that several worthy students have benefited from the tuition reduction.
