We, Matoshri Pratishthan's Group Of Institutions at Kupsarwadi in Nanded, Maharashtra, are focused on acquiring knowledge rather than imparting knowledge wherein teachers act as facilitators. The learning process is made more enjoyable by adopting an unconventional methodology of education where students are encouraged to learn through research & model-making, leading to excellent retention. Our aim is to ensure the all-round development of the student's personality.
AICTE: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) was established in November 1945 as a national-level apex advisory body to conduct a comprehensive survey of the available facilities for technical education and promote development in a coordinated and integrated manner across the country. The AICTE Act was formulated to establish the council, intending to facilitate proper planning and coordinated development of the technical education system throughout India. Its objectives include promoting qualitative improvements in technical education alongside planned quantitative growth, as well as regulating and maintaining norms and standards within the technical education system and related matters.
Matoshri Pratishthan Group of Institutions - (MPGI, Nanded) MPGI Academy courses are offered at various levels like Undergraduate Degrees i.e Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Mechanical Engineering, Diploma Degrees i.e Diploma in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Postgraduate Degree i.e Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering, MBA (Finance), etc. You can also find a brief overview of the different courses offered by the university across various disciplines with their specializations on the Course page.
Library: The library at Matoshri Pratishthan Group Of Institutions (MPGI), Nanded, is a vital hub for academic and research endeavors for both students and faculty members. The library boasts a well-furnished reading hall accommodating up to 150 students, along with a separate reading room catering to 300 users. These facilities are instrumental in facilitating knowledge enhancement and supporting the research and teaching-learning processes at MPGI.
MGPI Computer Lab: The computer lab at MPGI is a cutting-edge facility equipped with 250 computers featuring core 2 duo processors, LCD monitors, and ample memory and storage capacities. Additionally, the lab is furnished with peripherals such as printers and scanners to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience. The Department of Computer Engineering, renowned for its state-of-the-art infrastructure and laboratories, serves as a cornerstone of technological innovation within the institution.
Admission Process: The admission process at MPGI is designed to identify and enroll students with the potential to excel academically and contribute positively to society. Here's a general overview of the admission procedure:
1. Application Submission: Prospective students can apply online through the official website or offline by obtaining application forms from the college campus. The application forms are made available during the designated admission period.
2. Entrance Examinations: Depending on the course applied for, candidates may need to appear for entrance examinations such as MHT-CET, JEE Main, CAT/MAT, or State Common Entrance Tests (CETs) for management programs. The selection criteria vary for each course, and candidates must meet the eligibility requirements specified by the institution.
3. Merit-Based Selection: After the entrance examinations, candidates are shortlisted based on their performance and merit. For some courses, admission may also be based on academic records and personal interviews.
