The school was established in 2009 by ACME Educational Trust, New Delhi, to impart education in architecture and planning. The college is strategically located in sub-city Dwarka, sector 9, PSP area, well connected with different regions of Delhi-NCR through road, public transport, and Delhi metro. The campus is on a land region of two acres, making the institute the largest architecture college in New Delhi in size, and several students.

MBSSPA Facilities and Infrastructure

MBS School of Planning and Architecture has spacious studios that provide a stimulating learning environment for students to explore and experiment with their design concepts. These studios are equipped with drafting boards, a mounted projector, and display boards to put up student work. Each student is provided with a dedicated work and storage space.

Residential Accommodation:

A state of artfully air-conditioned Seminar Hall aided with Audio Visual presentation facilities and a seating capacity of 200, is available for different events organized at MBS SPA.

Library:

The Library has a vast collection of books on all topics in the curriculum like Architecture Design, History of Architecture, Building Construction & Materials, Landscape Design, Urban Design, Building Services, Town Planning, Professional Practice, and Interior Design. MBS SPA has subscribed to many national & international journals, magazines, and newspapers and has links with different digital libraries. The Library is well-lit with a deliberate seating arrangement and houses 5000 plus books and a dedicated reference section.

MBS SPA maintains a hygienic cafeteria where food and refreshments are available for the students at a nominal cost. Admission to MBS SPA via various entrance exams

All applicants are advised to take the NATA Examination of the Council of Architecture at their initiative. If a candidate has now no longer certified in the NATA, Then the candidate shall not be considered for admission.

All candidates must maintain three copies of the NATA rating as one copy will be required to be submitted at the time of report verification to the University.
