The College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon
Course offered as B.Com-Bachelor of Commerce-English, Marathi Language, BBM-Bachelor of Business Management, BM-Business Management, E-commerce, M.Com-Master of Commerce-Commerce.
Library-
Palesha Commerce Library is the single faculty College Library holding more than 10,000 Collections of books, Text, other than text, Reference books special collection on competitive Exams and Professional Exams and Personality Development. More than 50 years an age old Library of College Education having reach collection of Reference Books and Sources is our parent institutional Library in the same premises.
Sports facilities-
Every year girls and boys teams participate in 17 to 20 intercollegiate sport activities During last five years 110 terns ( girls & boys ) participated in intercollegiate competition 217 students were selected in various teams in Dhule section At inter university level competition 92 students were selected in various teams of North Maharashtra University. 63 students participated in open state level competition. 4 students were selected for National level competition in Maharashtra state level team in inter college competition (ball bad Minton, kho-kho) 23 team were winner & 12 teams were runner up.
Earn and Learn Scheme-
To help the economically weak and needy students for education, the college has launched Earn and Learn Scheme in 2005-06 to support those students financially and to give them a chance for involvement in college’s various projects through scheme.
Placement Cell-
To give the better employability to the students, the college has established Placement Cell in which they conduct the campus interviews for various companies and provide the opportunity of jobs to the students as per their qualifications and skills.
Other Activities-
Apart from academic studies, the college believes in overall performance of the students and to serve that purpose the college also conducts various competitions in the campus such as Speech & Debating, Essay Competitions, Yuvati Sabha and other activities.
