MES Institute of Technology and Management, Chathannoor, started during the academic year 2009-2010, is the second Engineering College promoted by MES.MESITAM has approval from AICTE, Govt. of Kerala, and is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. The college is located at Thirumukku, Chathannoor, Kollam, Kerala state. The institute is located 60 km from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport and 15 km from Kollam Railway Station.

A Women's Hostel with a capacity of 150 and a men's Hostel with a capacity of 150 are functioning within the campus. Since only a limited number of hostel seats are available, admission is restricted. Preference will be given to those who come from far-off places and those who have good academic records

Transportation to students and staff members is arranged through the College buses connecting major towns in Kollam. Buses run to the college campus and back, on all working days.
