Moradabad Educational Trust (MET) was started in the year 1996 and established Moradabad Institute of Technology. with three B.Tech courses, i.e. Computer Engineering & Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, because of correct performance, six extra B.Tech disciplines started. It is the privately managed, first Self-finance Institution in the western U.P.The group is located at the financial institution of the holy river Ram Ganga withinside the brass metropolis of India. In the year 2009, Moradabad Educational Trust established two new institutions, i.e. Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of Pharmacy, as part of the Moradabad Educational Trust (MET) Group of Institutions.

A Candidate possessing three years Diploma in Architecture (10+3) recognized by the Central/ State Govt., is also eligible for admission to the first year of B.Arch only, provided the candidate has passed the Diploma examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Such candidates will have to appear in the examination for first-year B.Arch.
