Facilities and Infrastructure

The business school provides ample facilities to its students and staff members. The business school facilities include a library, museum, laboratories, auditorium, bank, ATM, sports, cafeteria, medical clinic, IT infrastructure, transport, parking facility, etc. Mittal School of Business facilities are provided with the aim of overall development of the students. Boys Hostel

Auditorium:

LPU has got three auditoriums -14400 Sq meters Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis, with a seating capacity of 20000, 3211 Sq meter Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 2500 and 850 sq meters Baldev Raj Mittal Auditorium. These auditoriums are equipped with light and sound systems and organize events of national and international importance. The auditorium has witnessed the performance of famous artists and performers.

Scholarships

here are various scholarships provided by the business school. Some of them are scholarships based on qualification, scholarships based on LPUNEST, scholarships based on national-level entrance tests, scholarships based on sports, cultural, R&D, co-curricular, social service, and bravery awards, scholarships for Ph.D., and special scholarships for toppers of the education board. Candidates aspiring for Mittal School of Business scholarships, have to meet the eligibility criteria. After meeting the eligibility criteria, they are awarded the scholarship amount. Mittal School of Business LPU also provides financial assistance to needy aspirants.

The placement department of the institute offers placement assistance to final-year students. Mittal School of Business LPU placement cell provides training to the students for placement in companies. The placement department also conducts workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits. The cell invites companies to its campus for recruitment. Several companies like ITC, Kellogg’s, Wipro, Burger Paints, Practo, and MRF to name a few have visited the campus for placement drives. Desired candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in tests, GD, interviews, and other rounds.

Admission

Admissions are offered to undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs. B.Com, B.B.A, B.Com (H), B.Sc. (H), M.Sc., M.Com, M.B.A are some of the popular courses offered by the institute. For Mittal School of Business admission to these courses, students should meet the eligibility criteria first. After meeting the eligibility criteria, students are selected based on performance in LPUNEST for undergraduate and postgraduate admission. After that, students have to appear for university-level counseling and select Mittal School of Business as their first preference. The seats are allotted after the submission of documents and payment of fees. For Mittal School of Business admission to Ph.D. programs, students have to take LPUNEST and appear for an interview or can appear for a direct interview without going for LPUNEST if they have valid scores on entrance tests like JRF, etc.
