Before the present building came into existence, the college was started in the Govt. senior secondary School, Taranagar. The foundation of this magnificent building was laid by Chandanmal Baid (Ex finance minister of the Government of Rajasthan) along with Ramawatar Raghuwanshi (IAS of Churu) and Madhusudan Singh(SP of Churu) on 26 Oct. 2001.
