M.M Polytechnic College is Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, the Polytechnic College. Facilities provided with an intent to offer job-oriented courses to young students who aspire to achieve employment opportunities with premier organizations.The college endeavors to provide educational programs to backward communities and the underprivileged in rural and urban areas through its curriculum and as a way to contribute back to society. The Technical Associations for the various disciplines play an active role in organizing discussions, seminars, guest lectures, educational tours, etc. In addition, there is a cultural association that arranges programs and competitions with the help of the Students Academic Council, and Electronics, Literary, Debating, and Aero Modeling Clubs are also established in the college.

Electrical Laboratory

The Electrical Technology lab provides the basic knowledge of Electrical engineering. A lab provides information about different electrical supply systems, electrical machines, and appliances. It makes the students understand and apply the fundamentals of electrical engineering and machines used in different systems, measures various electrical quantities, and is able to do routine maintenance. In this lab, students can identify different types of motors and select the appropriate drive for the industrial load.

Computer Laboratory

learning how to use a computer can provide even the youngest students with early knowledge of necessary job skills, from typing and basic research to learning graphic design and HTML coding. In turn, these skills prepare students for better job opportunities, which is so important for areas hit by natural disasters, whose economies will continue to need help over the coming years.

Fluid Mechanics Laboratory

Fluid mechanics is the branch of physics that studies the mechanics of fluids (liquids, gases, and plasma) and the forces on them. Fluid mechanics has a wide range of applications, including mechanical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, geophysics, astrophysics, and biology. Fluid mechanics can be divided into fluid statics, the study of fluids at rest; and fluid dynamics, the study of the effect of forces on fluid motion.
