Modern College of Arts Science and Commerce, [MCASC] Pune has its campus located in the Shivajinagar area in Pune, Maharashtra. The MCASC Pune campus has an area of 5 acres, and the public college was established in the year 1970. MCASC Pune is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). MCASC Pune has also received "College with Potential for Excellence” (CPE) status from the University Grants Commission (UGC). We are giving technology-based facilities and services such as Internet facility, Web-OPAC, Reference service through online databases, e-books & e-journals, e-bulletin, online information literacy program, using anti-plagiarism software for research scholars, book issue returns through barcode scanners, etc.

Application Process 2023

The process of application is online for all the courses and entrance examinations.

The application process for admission to any course in the college is given below:-

Click on the “Pravesh” tab on the official website of the college.

The form has to be filled with all the necessary details.

Candidates have to upload his/her photograph and after that click on “Save Information”.

The filled application form has to be downloaded online and download the Fee Challan by using the option ‘Print Challan’ and getting the hard copy of the (printout) fee challan.

The fee challan has to be checked, signed, and sealed by the concerned Clark as mentioned in the respective places for checking the admission form.

Following this, the hard copy of the application form along with the fee challan has to be sent to the college with an attached photocopy of the required documents.

While filling out the Online Application form, select the proper option FEE PAYING Category to get the proper fee challan.

The fee challan should be paid to the Bank of Maharashtra, Modern College Branch only after verification by college authorities.

Placement

Modern College Placement hosted companies like Capgemini, Microsoft, Cognizant, Tata Institute of Research, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and Wipro, among others. The institute has a well-connected and strong alumni network that supports placement activities and provides training to the students.

Modern College of Arts Science and Commerce computer science department has a placement cell that works for both postgraduate and undergraduate students.
