The Placement Cell at Mother Teresa Women’s University is dynamic, actively engaging with companies across different sectors to facilitate campus placements for students in all university streams, including its constituent and affiliated colleges.  The Placement Cell not only organizes on-campus placements but also collaborates with District Employment Offices, Arts and Science Colleges, and Engineering Colleges to arrange Job Fairs for off-campus placement opportunities.  Additionally, the cell keeps students informed about employment prospects through various WhatsApp groups, allowing them to choose and apply for positions aligned with their interests.  The Placement Cell has established Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with organizations that provide placement training, enabling students to secure positions within their network of companies.  Furthermore, students receive orientation for campus internships offered by companies, focusing on industry expectations, placement readiness, and potential career opportunities within these organizations.
