Mount Seena College of Arts and Science is a self–financing college affiliated with the University of Calicut. Envisioned by Mr.K.K.Mammunni Moulavi, the Chairman of BSKT, the College has been imparting quality education and climbing the ladder of academic excellence and social obligations since its inception in 2010. Run under the BSKT, a Public charitable trust, the college is home to youngsters who hail from different cultural milieus.

Library

The library the College houses around 4000 books and over 20 National and International journals and magazines. The serene atmosphere of the library is conducive to reading. It can accommodate a hundred students at a time. The library is fully computerized. The well-equipped library is continuously enlarged by adding more books and journals on relevant subjects. Back volumes of journals and university question papers are bound and kept separately for reference.

Sports

The College is keen on developing Sports and Games for the benefit of the students. Students are encouraged to take active participation to develop a healthy body, with a sound mind. Participation in Sports & Games develops Team Spirit and it also improves the outlook of the individual. It also allows the participants to realize the value of healthy competition, cooperative relationships, teamwork, and accepting the superiority of others with grace while striving for personal excellence. Alumni Associations

Still, in its infancy, the College offers an opportunity for all outgoing students to be members of the Alumni Association. The College provides round-the-clock Internet connection to students and teachers for the enhancement of their knowledge in their field of study. Physics Lab - “A pretty experiment is more valuable than twenty formulas extracted from our mind”. Our well-equipped and spacious physics lab makes it true. For doing the computational study in physics, separate computers are available in the physics lab.

Admission

Admission to UG & PG courses is done as per the rules & regulations of Calicut University and Govt. 50% of the total seats for each program are filled as per Govt. rules on a merit basis and 50% under management quota. For management seats candidates have to appoint in a separate management application form available in the office after making online registration in University in the time prescribed for it by the University.
