The college is located on the Kattumannarkoil - Kumbakonam road, providing a holistic environment, ideal for dedicated study with discipline, away from the hustle and bustle of the modern cities. Facilities and Infrastructure

The college has a library and Information Centre which plays a vital role in achieving the cherished objectives of improving the education standard by stimulating academic interest among the students community. It has separate reading and reference sections to serve the undergraduate and postgraduate students. It has a huge collection of 14550 volumes of books under Science and Humanities, Engineering and Technology, Management and Computer Applications with 2500 titles.

The Boys’ Hostel is spread over two floors and accommodates about 600 students. The boys’ hostel has a separate library, reading room, shuttle courts, and a shop to facilitate the students. The hostel blocks also have an STD facility.

The Girls’ Hostel is spread over two floors and accommodates about 500 students. The Girls’ hostel has Shuttle courts, Table tennis, and a shop to facilitate the students. The hostel blocks also have an STD facility.

The college is providing a canteen facility to the students as well as the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college, it is capable of catering to the demands of the students and can accommodate 400 people at a time. It has a spacious & properly maintained room as well as the kitchen. Generally the college provides it to any individual on a contract basis after proper official formalities. The canteen offers a wide medley of hygienic, nutritious South Indian Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian wholesome edible food. The arrangement has been made for the boys & girls to dine separately. The College canteen also caters to the functions organized in the college auditorium & other related programs like seminars, conferences, and workshops.

The College has adequate buses which are made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in and around the town. All students should make use of the college transport or should stay in the hostel. This facility has made it possible to start classes on time and thereby helping the academic process. Our bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students. All the buses reach the Campus before 8.30 a.m. so that all the students and faculty can have their breakfast and get ready to attend the classes at 8.45 a.m.

Physical fitness has been given utmost importance. The college hostel is equipped with an air-conditioned gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment, especially for men. Moreover, the Boy's Hostel is annexed with a full-fledged air-conditioned hair grooming center. A clinic, with a few beds along with an on-call Doctor facility for 24 Hours to take care of the health requirements of the hostel students, is also made available. We have a clinic with a full-time doctor and a dispensary with two beds. Also, we have two ambulance vans available for service. We have a well-equipped power gym and a hydraulic gym (Air Conditioned) with the latest multiple machines. These gyms could accommodate 100 Students per session. Each session will be engaged by experienced trainers.

Placements

The Training & Placement Cell is committed to providing all possible assistance to its graduates and post-graduates in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full-time Placement Officer in charge. The benefits of this assistance are reflected in the preparation of M.R.K.I.T Students who are able to secure lucrative and esteemed positions in recent years. The purpose of the Training and Placement is to give the students the right knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.
