Naipunnya Business School, (NBS) Pongam, Koratty is a management school operated by the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly. NBS was founded in 2012 with the aim of training industry-relevant professionals. NBS is a branch of the Naipunnya Group of Educational Institutions and offers quality vocational training at an affordable price. The institute offers an environment that meets the needs of every student. NBS supports the development of self-confidence and a positive self-image in business graduates. Patron of the Naipunnya Business School is His Holiness Cardinal Mar George Alencherry. Co-patron is Archbishop Mar Antony Kariyil.

Students are enrolled in club activities as well as student cells, and the clubs and cells create various activities that benefit the student community to address business and various management programs on campus throughout the year.  There are 4 clubs operating under Ekklesia. In addition to today's morning assembly, educational enrichment programs and professional integration cells will be conducted by the students. The students also successfully take part in national and international cross-industry school competitions. Our students have won Thrissur Management's business plan competitions three times in a row. They were absolute champions at several national and international festivals. 

Placement: 

Naipunnya Business School has always emphasized rigorous training for internships under the motto "Achieve the unattainable". Internship season at Naipunnya Business School begins with training in conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the end of each semester, one-on-one interviews and interviews are held to build a talent pool that contributes to the progress of the company. The recruitment department, with strong networking experience and industry partnerships, helps attract the best recruiters to campus every year. 

The entire learning process is carried out by the students in consultation with the department responsible for learning. Student teams coordinate the process with the company and our internship partner M/S Affables. The internships have attracted several companies to the campus, including S&P, ABFRL, Ramco Cements, ESAF Bank, ITC, and Berger Paints.
