Nazareth Margoschis College at Pillaiyanmanai was started in the year 1967, in memorial to an SPG Missionary from England Canon Arthur Margoschis run by the management of CSI Thoothukudi-Nazareth Diocese. It is a Christian Minority Co-educational Post Graduate Institution with Research Centre, recognized by UGC under the 12(b) and 2(f), affiliated with Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The college provides higher education to the youth hailing from economically backward families of the surrounding villages with the motive of uplifting their socio-economic conditions.

We have arranged regular service vehicles for girls from villages where there are no public transport facilities, in collaboration with the vehicle owners and with the consent of the parents. Some girls come by other private vans which ply through the location of our College.
