Introduction NETAJI SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY (NSCBIP) is a Pharmacy Institute in Eastern India and is promoted by MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND PARAMEDICAL SOCIETY (MTPS). MTPS was established on 13th July 1999, under the Societies Registration Act, Govt. of West Bengal with few like-minded persons in and around Chakdaha. Merit-cum-Means (MCM) based Scholarship

Merit-cum Means (MCM) based Scholarship for the year 2018-19 will be awarded to meritorious students domiciled in West Bengal from amongst notified minority communities viz. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians (Parsis), and Jains, pursuing professional and technical courses, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Institutions recognized by the appropriate authority, who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grades in the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parents/guardian, from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh.

The MCM-based scholarship scheme will be done through the common National Scholarship Web Portal of the Government of India (www.scholarships.gov.in). The application procedure is also made available at www.wbmdfc.org. Only online applications under the Scheme will be accepted.

The scholarship will be directly transferred to the respective bank account of the candidate. This is a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) method. The bank account must be linked with his/her Adhar number.

Ten multimedia computers with CD-ROM and sound facilities are installed in the Library for e-library purposes. LAN and internet facilities are provided for SWAYAM, NPTEL, and other online resources. CD-ROM titles with various books, journals, lecturers of eminent scientists, project reports on various topics, and pharmacology practical software from the CD Library.
