Established in 2005, New B. Ed College at Nellimoodu is a self-funded teacher training college affiliated with the University of Kerala and recognized by the Government of Kerala. The college occupies 8. 5 hectares of land and is located in the suburban area of Thiruvananthapuram district, is just 20 km from the state capital, and is easily accessible by road. The college accepts 100 students in five elective courses.
