National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar provides boarding facilities to girls and boys. The hostel is rented for one year . Students have to apply for the reallocation each year. Students from the local area cannot apply for hostel accommodations. Semifinal rooms are furnished with bed with desk, chair and storage space for every student.

Sports:

To be admitted to the courses students must pass through the university screening procedure. Institute of Advanced Research accepts scores from GUJCET for B.Tech GAT-B for M.Sc. Biotechnology CMAT to be used for M.B.A and GATE to be used for M.Tech admission to the program.
