NIPER Masters Admission 2024

NIPER invites applications for admission to its Masters programs in MS (Pharm), M.Pharm, M.Tech (Pharm), and MBA (Pharm) across various disciplines for the year 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed with a minimum of 60% marks (CGPA of 6.75/10) in B.Pharm or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.

Admission Process:

Admission is based on performance in GPAT, NIPER JEE, GATE, or NET entrance examinations.

Key Points:

1. Reservation: 5% of the seats in the Master’s program are earmarked for candidates sponsored by government departments, research organizations, PSUs, and private pharmaceutical companies.

2. Exemption for Certain Candidates: Foreign Nationals, NRIs, or Wards of NRIs holding B.V.Sc./MBBS/BAMS degrees are exempt from appearing for GPAT/GATE/NET examinations.

NIPER MBA Admission 2024

NIPER provides a two-year MBA (Pharm)degree program in Pharmaceutical Management. Eligible candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% marks (6.75/10 CGPA) in their B.Pharm/B. Tech (Chemical Engineering)/M.Sc. (Chemical/Life Sciences) degrees.

Candidates are required to participate in the counseling process conducted by NIPER. Admission to the MBA program is granted based on scores in NIPER JEE/GPAT/GATE/NET examinations, along with performance in Group Discussion (GD) and Interview. The selection process is evaluated on a ratio of 85:15, prioritizing exam scores (85%) and GD/Interview performance (15%).

NIPER Ph.D Admission 2024

Eligibility:

Candidates must hold a master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Admission Process:

Applicants are required to submit scores obtained in GPAT/GATE/NET. Candidates with fellowships from CSIR/UGC NET/ICMR/DBT/DST are also eligible to apply for a limited number of seats. Additionally, eligible candidates can participate in the NIPER JEE for Ph.D. conducted by the institute. Successful candidates from the entrance test proceed to a personal interview at the institute. Merit is determined based on marks obtained in the entrance exam and performance in the interview.

2. Print the registration form and sign it in the designated space.
3. Pay the registration fee online through the NIPER website.
4. Send the printed registration form along with the required documents 

Application Fees:

• Ph.D.: General/OBC/Kashmiri Migrant/Physically Handicapped candidates: INR 2000, SC/ST candidates: INR 1000.
• MS (Pharm)/M.Pharm/M.Tech (Pharm)/MBA (Pharm): General/OBC/KM/PH: INR 2500, SC/ST: INR 1500.

Required Documents:

• Photocopy of GPAT/GATE/NET award letter.
• Photocopy of NET-JRF of CSIR/DBT/UGC/ICMR/DST Inspire (for Ph.D. applicants).
• Sponsorship certificate from Industry/Government for sponsored candidates.

NIPER Scholarship

Master’s students (except MBA and sponsored candidates) receive a stipend of INR 12,400 per month, subject to maintaining a minimum CGPA of 6.00 every semester.

Ph.D. students with MS (Pharm), M.Pharm, and M.Tech degrees receive INR 25,000 per month for the first two years and INR 28,000 per month from the third year onwards, contingent upon maintaining a CGPA of 6.50 per semester for the continuation of the stipend.
