NIT Puducherry has instituted a comprehensive Training and Placement Cell dedicated to overseeing employment prospects and organizing on-campus interviews for both pre-final and final-year students. This cell focuses on nurturing managerial skills necessary for students and tailors their preparation in line with industry requisites.
Under the leadership of a Faculty in charge of Training and Placement, the cell operates annually with elected student coordinators from various UG and PG departments in their final year. This committee collaborates closely with companies and research organizations to ensure the seamless execution of the selection process.
