NERIST organizes NERIST Entrance Exam (NEE) for the provision of admission to Diploma, Degree and Certification programs are provided by the Institute to the students. The NEE (NEE-I, NEE-II, NEE-III) for the levels of admission (Base Module, Diploma / Applied Sciences and Degree / Applied Sciences) are conducted. The first examination is NEE-I and students who have passed Class X are eligible for the examination. And NEE-I held towards the last phase of April offers admission to the Base Module. NEE-II gives the candidate's lateral entry to the Diploma Module of Engineering and the Degree Module of Applied Science stream and NEE-III is for the new admission to the Degree Module of Engineering.
