In 2008, the Oriental Institute of Science & Technology was founded. Our goal was to develop an internationally acclaimed group. We worked hard to achieve this goal despite many obstacles. OIST Library functions in coordination with Central Library. The entire Library has been transformed into a digital library. Students are given barcodes for the bar code readers that they use to issue and return books. This facility allows for the issue and return of all books to be done in a matter of seconds. The college offers 10 National journals and 2 international journals per branch.

Well Equipped Labs

The labs are equipped to the highest standards with equipment and facilities that reflect the most recent technology in different fields. These world-class labs are where students and faculty push the limits of what is possible. There is a constant buzz on campus as new knowledge is generated.

Computer Facilities

OIST Jabalpur is equipped with more than 300 i3 Core 2 Duo desktops and servers, each connected to 100 Mbps leased line. Campus LAN has been fully structured. Firewalls are used to optimize and secure the network. Online UPS maintains power backup.

Canteen

It is located in the middle of the college. The canteen offers a variety of refreshments to students and employees at a reasonable rate.
