Blossoming Angels Educational & Social Development Trust was established in the year 2016 and registered under the Societies Act. The primary aims and objectives of the Trust are to establish and manage various types of quality Educational Institutions. Pandaveswar School of Pharmacy is sponsored by the Trust for the Field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Pharmacy is the branch of study that deals with the science and techniques of preparation, dispensing, and review of drugs.

Computer Lab:

PSP has built an excellent infrastructure for imparting software skills to the students using the latest tools & technologies. Each student is provided with a branded Desktop of the latest configuration. The state-of-art computer lab has 60 latest Pentium-based computers, with optical fiber connectivity. The computer center has MSDN, an academic alliance with Microsoft for the latest product updates. The internet facility is available round the clock using an ISP connection of 2 MBPS fiber optics bandwidth 1/1 compression ratio.

Library:

The library has subscriptions to about 5 National Journals & Magazines, 9 International Journals &3 Magazines with more than 1575 different topics according to the guidelines of the PCI, All India Council of Technical Education, WBSCTE, and MAKAUT, with a separate reading room.

Canteen:

A canteen is a restaurant that is provided by an institute to deliver food for the staff and students. Our college also developed a well-furnished canteen to serve food for students and all staff of the college. Here you will be offered four-time foods in a well-organized manner. Proper cleanliness is maintained to prepare and deliver food.

Play Ground:

It is an outdoor area where some people can enjoy playing various sports. Our college has a playground where students can enjoy or relax by playing games after all day continuous learning procedures and performing laboratories. They can get a chance to nourish their sports ability and all types of indoor and outdoor game equipment are available in our college.

Auditorium and Conference Hall:

Our college has developed our own Auditorium or conference hall. The hall is named as “ M.L. SCHROFF AUDITORIUM”. Prof. M. L. SCHROFF, the father of Indian pharmacy education. Here various seminars and cultural programs are held.

Boys and Girls Common Room:

Our campus is equipped with separate state-of-the-art common room facilities for our students of both genders. The common room provides an ambience of energy and enthusiasm among students which helps to give a fresh chime of air among the monotonous college schedule.

Human Anatomy and Pharmacology lab:

This lab provides a wide practical knowledge about the histology and anatomy of the human body and the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of various drugs in vitro or in vivo by using several instruments and machinery.

PHARMACEUTICS:

Pharmaceutics lab is used as a small-scale industry where Tablets, Capsules, or various dosage forms are prepared by using several machines like Tablet punching machine, and capsule filling machine.

PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY:

All drugs are chemical, mainly they are synthesized in the laboratory. So, in the view of synthesizing the drugs molecules chemistry lab is used. We have developed a well-equipped chemistry lab in our college. Students will be able to learn the process of synthesizing the drug molecules.

PHARMACOGNOSY:

All drug molecules are not synthesized, a wide range of drugs that we can get from various plants. They are called herbal drugs. To extract those herbal drugs we have developed a pharmacognosy laboratory.

PHARMACY PRACTICE LAB:

In this laboratory, students are trained in the use of various medical devices like spirometers, glucometers, Sphygmomanometers, etc and they are also trained in how to dispense drugs in various community health care centers.

Training and Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell of “Pandaveswar School of Pharmacy” plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Diploma and Under Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell will be operating around the year to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews. Our BOG is also enlighted with many eminent personalities from the industry like Sun Pharmaceutical Ltd, Alkem Laboratories Ltd, Lupin Pharma, etc.
