Facilities and Infrastructure

Pandu College Library is one of the best college libraries in Assam in providing efficient service to readers. It is a place of attraction for the students. The library has been aiming to supplement the knowledge of the students, which they acquire from their teachers. It is well stocked with more than 46,306 texts and reference books, more than a dozen of local and national newspapers, journals, and other information sources like maps, globes, floppy discs, CD.ROMs etc. The library has a reading room for students and a space is kept exclusively to teachers.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The college auditorium is on the first floor of the library building with a permanent stage. It can accommodate nearly 1000 people. The foundation stone of the proposed indoor stadium-cum auditorium has already been laid.

The college has sports facilities for all students. There are separate common rooms for boys and girls with adequate facilities for indoor games.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college canteen remains open during class hours. It is under the supervision of the Canteen Committee that selects a manager on a contractual basis. Ex-students are given preferences in this regard.
