The college started its journey in 2002. It puts both quality and quantity supported by our well-qualified faculty. The vision of the college is to play a vital role in shaping the life of the students and to spread knowledge to improve their skills through the expertise of modern education. The college is recognized by the Government of West Bengal and is affiliated with West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS), West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), and Vidyasagar University (Midnapore). PC is working towards a vision of creating dynamic and proficient engineers who are technically and holistically prepared for the world. Looking at this, they provide their students with computer proficiency classes to incorporate modern-day technical values. The institute possesses air-conditioned computer laboratories with 24-hour internet Facilities free of cost to its students. The internet facility provided at the laboratories is through radio frequency with a 4 mbps internet Leased line.

Auditorium:

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Library:

The Library is one of the highlights of the College. At present, there are books by eminent authors and journals & magazines that are readily available to the students, who are also encouraged to read the daily newspaper to keep themselves updated on current affairs. The library remains open for seven hours in all six days of the week and near future, it will be more developed and a heaven for the students.

Laboratories:

The institute has a well-equipped Anatomy Lab with three embalmed dead bodies ( all viscera, full skeleton bone sets for practical classes), a modern Physiology Lab (with the microscope, centrifuge machines, incubator, calorimeter, Exercise Therapy Lab (C.P.M., Torsion, Traction, Suspension Therapy, Modern Gymnasium), Electrotherapy Lab (Laser, Interferential Therapy, Hydro Therapy), Computer Lab with free internet facility, Physics Lab, etc. Institute Labs are so equipped, that the students get the opportunity to be groomed in the highly essential practical knowledge.

The Institute is having its Canteen for Hostel Boarders with a spacious dining hall of about fifty seats within the College Campus. The Institute is also having a snack canteen attached to the main Canteen.

The institute has well-equipped Physiotherapy & Optometry Clinics. In the physiotherapy Clinic outside patients are treated for the problems of orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, sports injury, another injury, or any kind of arthritic pain. The Optometry Clinic is also provided with all sorts of modern equipment required for a clinic and outside patients with eye-related problems are treated here. The college has clinics, and on average yearly 7000 patients are successfully treated. Hence, The college has students get an opportunity to their extensive practical experience and at the same time, the common people of the society are equally benefited.
