Pendekanti Law College was formally inaugurated on 13 April 1991 by the then Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Sri Ranganatha Misra, and Sri Krishna Kanth, the then Governor of Andhra Pradesh, was the Chief Guest.
Pendekanti Law College was officially opened on April 13, 1991, by the then Chief Justice of India, The Honorable Sri Ranganatha Misra, and Sri Krishna Kanth, then Governor of Andhra Pradesh were the main guests. The college has regularly hosted dubious tribunals, workshops, seminars, symposia, interactions with members of industry, the bar, and the judiciary. The college has highly qualified and experienced faculty appointed by the duly constituted committee of Osmania University.

Library
The College has a well-equipped library with almost 11,809 books and in addition, there is a range of India Reporter for over 75 years from 1930 to present and other volumes and various magazines numbering 1500. The College subscribes to 20 legal journals, including Modern Law Review and Harvard Journal of Law & Technology as well as general newspapers and magazines. Several copies of the prescribed books and others useful in the various subjects are made available to the pupils. The library has a full-time qualified librarian. The library is partially automated with the built-in library package. The Library has databases on CD-ROM and online databases containing case law, articles, and logs and will be fully automated with Barcode technology in the near future.
Computer Lab
A computer lab has been installed with 50 systems (HP make with PENTIUM IV) including 12 systems with an Internet facility for the use of the students. The aim of the installation of the computer lab is to impart basic computer knowledge to the students and to enable them to use legal software packages and browse legal websites to enrich their legal knowledge and for legal research. A Computer Club is started with a nominal yearly membership. The computer lab is open from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all working days.
