Facilities and Infrastructure:

Library 

Dr. S. R. Ranganathan Main Library of PGP College of Engineering and Technology has set its vision, to the maximum satisfaction of the institution in imparting the highest quality of Technical Education. Our Library offers the most modern facilities and infrastructure in an aesthetically designed modern library building.

PGP College Central Library is housed in a spacious area of 5000 sq. ft. The stock, as well as issue return, and renewal, are all fully computerized with Bar-Coding provision and the transactions all are automated. Our library has got a seating capacity of 100 seats, out of which 60 are air-conditioned. The Central Library is located in PGP College and it is the biggest library with 500 students and 250 readers visiting the library every day. It works on all working days from 8 am to 8 pm and is closed on every Monday.

Computers Lab

The college has a fully equipped PGP College computer lab with Intel Core Duo and Core i3 processors.

Hostel facilities 

We offer excellent PGP College hostel facilities with RO water facilities, a Canteen, and Mess facilities in both JANS Hostel (Boys) and Visalakshi Illam 1 & 2 (Girls) Hostels.

Sports

The college has facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. The college has participated in various competitions at the University level and state levels.

Transportation

The college has its dedicated transport for the day scholars, covering the entire city. Route plans are chalked out keeping in mind the convenience of the students. The institute has deployed twelve medium-sized buses so as to save time for students commuting to and from the institute.
