Placement Cell and Skill Development Centre of Pioneer College of Arts and College help the students to choose their careers and train them for the Industrial needs of the nation and Coimbatore region in particular. A plethora of placement-related services are offered to the students starting from soft skills induction and resume-building services, to interview skills and new employment orientation training.

1. The placement cell invites various companies for recruitment and helps the students to get placement in reputed companies as well as local SME organisations. In spite of the pandemic, we are able to get offers to most of our students in 2023.
2. The placement cell keeps the students updated on the job opportunities available in the present world. We invite resource persons from Multi National Companies and Government sector to guide & train our students for employment in reputed companies. The cell organises job fairs in association with leading firms such as Magic Bus India Foundation.
3. The placement cell also makes sure the students are provided with the soft skills required to gain a foothold in the competitive industry by partnering with various skill development and consulting firms.
