In the Basic Training Kitchen, students lay the foundation for food production and learn the basic principles and methods of cooking there. By cooking separately, they learn the importance of sanitation and hygiene, the use of different kitchen appliances and utensils, and the different cuts of meat, fish, and vegetables. Training in this kitchen results in students being able to prepare a simple meal. 

The Quantity Training Kitchen:

The main goal of training in a quantitative teaching kitchen is to prepare students to deal with large numbers of people. Here they learn the concept of mass cooking in a given amount of time, with an emphasis on pre-preparing a variety of foods while ensuring that the food is tasty and visually appealing. The galley is well equipped with steamers, boilers, saucepans, food processors, a tandoor with large barrels, and a separate wet cleaning area.

The Advanced Training Kitchen:

To enable budding chefs to achieve their aspirations, the advanced training kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a variety of international dishes. Emphasis is placed on mastering technical skills to give students the confidence and knowledge to apply what they have learned to any cooking style with finesse.

Training Restaurant & Bar:

Next to our kitchens is a luxurious air-conditioned restaurant with 40 seats and a mock bar. Here, students can learn the concepts of taking restaurant reservations, greeting and entertaining guests, taking orders and collecting food, and of course, completing service. She. You will receive information on the classic wine service and the different catering styles. The focus is on style, presentation, and handling refinement.

House Keeping:

There are four deluxe rooms on campus with attached housekeeping services, so students can feel like they are in a deluxe hotel during their education. To make these hands-on cleaning tasks as realistic as possible, these rooms are occupied by guest lecturers and other visitors to the facility. The department is well equipped with a variety of cleaners and equipment. The mini-laundromat gives students an overview of the hotel's laundry operations.
