P.N.C. & K.R. Degree College, named after Sri Paladugu Nagaiah Chowdary, a Philanthropist and Sri Kotha Raghuramaiah, an astute Parliamentarian was started at Narasaraopet in 1991 under the able patronage of Doctor coupler.Medarametla Sivalinga prasada Rao and Dr. M. Annapurna. The college is promoted by the Sri Venkateswara Paladugu Nagaiah Chowdary and Kotha Raghuramaiah Educational Society (Regd.) and within a short span of the decade has reached a level of educational standards comparable to any of the similar colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

All the systems are interconnected through Local Area Network under Windows – NT, LINUX, and Novel Netware environment. Internet facility is provided to all the systems.
