In 2008, the college was established with four branches by Dr. Paladugu Parvathi Devi in the vicinity of the city of Vijayawada in Surampalli with the aim of serving the needs of rural youth who want to achieve technical excellence in the field of Engineering and Technology In 2009 Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration in courses designed to enhance the academic demands.

Transportation

Because we are inside the city limits, there are many choices available, including APSRTC, Share AUTO, and Shuttle service from the BUS stands. Get on any bus that connects through Surampalli, Agiripalli, and Nuzvid, and then exit at Polovaram canal when you've crossed the canal. From there, it's walkable and there are signs for directional signage until you reach the campus's entrance.

We suggest that students adopt environmentally-friendly choices when it comes to their travels between, to, or around PPDV. While all students are permitted to own cars at their disposal, we advise students to think about alternatives like shuttle service or car sharing carpooling with friends, rather than driving to campus in a car.
