Facilities and Infrastructure

Class Room:

There are adequate classrooms with the capacity of accommodating all the students admitted in each class. The rooms are well-ventilated and properly lit. Each classroom is having student's chair, black chalkboards/whiteboards lecture stand, a table, and a chair for teachers.

Laboratories:

To facilitate students learning through simulation & demonstration, the college has the following labs equipped with all the latest types of equipment and articles - Fundamentals of Nursing Lab Medical – Surgical Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab, Maternity Nursing Lab, Pediatric Nursing Lab, etc. 

Library:

The college has a separate library having enough space and could accommodate more than 100 students at a time. There is proper lighting and ventilation. Books and journals are displayed in open racks and glass door cupboards and are arranged subject-wise to facilitate easy referring of books. Book, magazines, journals, newspaper, and other literature is properly and safely stored. The library is equipped with a Staff table accommodating nearly 15 persons, a Separate cabin cum counter for librarians, Computer, and Television.

Seminar hall:

The college is equipped with Audio and video devices with a seating capacity of 200 seats.

Auditorium:

The college has a well spacious, ventilated auditorium which can accommodate more than 800 people. There are enough furniture and other equipment available for curricular and co-curricular activities.

Hostel:

A home away from home, PPG College of Nursing has separate hostel facilities for Men and Women in a serene atmosphere. Hygienic food, discipline, and study time are taken care of by the hostel warden. Other needs of the inmates are taken care of then and there including the medical facility thus creating a homely atmosphere.

Record Room:

The college is having one record room equipped with steel and wooden racks and tables for proper storage of records and documents/paper important for the college. 

Sports & Recreation:

Physical activity is an integral part of life, and it reflects on the campus design too. Students have access to facilities like indoor and out activities. The college is having large playground which includes a volleyball court and a tennis court.
