Established in 1972, Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai (PDLC) has garnered recognition for its academic excellence. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai and approved by the University Grants Commission, PDLC offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Commerce, Management, and Information Technology. Admissions to these programs are conducted based on merit following Mumbai University guidelines.
PDLC is committed to facilitating employment opportunities for its students through both on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives. In the recent 2019-20 placement drive, over 80% of students secured placements in esteemed organizations. The highest salary package offered was INR 6.5 LPA, with an average package of INR 3 LPA. Notable recruiters include Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company, Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance Jio, Connect Business Solutions, and Motilal Oswal Investment.
