Hostel

Moot Court

Opportunities to gain experience in appellate advocacy are difficult to come by for both lawyers and law students. Prestige Institute Of Management & Research (PIMRG, Gwalior)  Moot Court & Mock Trial provides students with a valuable opportunity to hone both their written and oral advocacy skills in this competitive field. The competition includes a robust training program to provide all participants with valuable training, experience, and feedback. Prior to receiving the case problem for the competition, participants receive training on written appellate advocacy. Teams then work together to research and write an appellate brief for a case based on contemporary legal issues.

Cafeteria

The Prestige Institute Of Management & Research (PIMRG, Gwalior) provides a canteen facility inside the campus. The canteen serves tea/snacks/lunch to the students & staffs as per their need & in affordable price. The canteen is always open during the working hours of the college.

Library

The Prestige Institute Of Management & Research (PIMRG, Gwalior) Library holds a huge collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. The Institute has a well-equipped and spacious library with more than Sixteen Thousand books and reports on a large variety of Management, Information Technology, and allied subjects. The library remains open for 12 hours on all working days. The library has a journal section; the Institute subscribes to 86 research journals including foreign journals. The Institute has subscribed to DELNET and PROQUEST to provide 35000 International journals online. A large number of newspapers and magazines are also subscribed for use in the library. Institute through various curricular & co-curricular events encourages students to utilize the library. The notice board of the library highlights the monthly achievements of the institute.

Computer Lab

The Prestige Institute Of Management & Research (PIMRG, Gwalior)  has the latest equipment installed in its computer lab to meet both present and future needs. The computer lab has a local area network of 300 computers. In addition, the institute has provided free laptops to all faculty members of the institute. The institute has become a member of the Microsoft Academic Alliance, which supports the Institute by providing all the licensed software products of Microsoft, Like MS Office 2007(2010), Visual Studio.net, Windows 2008 server, Windows 7, etc. In addition, the computer lab also has other licensed software like PASW 18.0, Oracle, Unix SCO 5.0, and Orell Digital Language Lab. The institute provides internet access through a 50 MBPS Lease Line (with a contention ratio of 1:1) and 01 Lease Line with 5 Mbps. The Institute has wireless access points to provide wireless connectivity. The students of the Management & Commerce Programmes are trained to be thoroughly competent to handle automated systems and packages adopted by industry and business houses today.

Audio Visual Section

The Library has an Audio Visual Section with a large number of audio-visual cassettes, CDs, and DVDs; continuous efforts are made to acquire the latest films, both Indian as well as foreign, in the area of Management and Information Technology.
