Facilities and Infrastructure

Accommodation

The hostel accommodation is spacious. Fully furnished and has temperature-controlled rooms with plenty of storage space. Round-the-clock, janitorial services. Power backup and 24-hour clean drinking water.

Library

Our library has a collection of text and reference books, Journals, magazines, audio videos CDROMs and periodicals which have been selected carefully. All students have direct access to library resources not only from their own college but also from university.

Computer Center

The computer lab is a contend hub of activity throughout the day. Connectivity to the internet through all the nodes shall be executed.

Cafeteria

The campus has a modern cafeteria well furnished to cater to students' tastes. Besides beverages and snacks, it has a provision for serving meals to day boarding students as well.

Medical

Besides the handy first aid facility, the institute has a Medical Room. An experienced doctor visits campus twice a week in addition to being available on call round the clock. Students are also offered protection under a limited accidental insurance policy cover. In case of any emergency Ambulance Service is tied up with Birla Hospital and Civil Hospital. Apart from this, for any emergency, the Institute vehicle is available during the daytime and also available at night on short notice.

Sport Facilities

The campus offers both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We have a large sports field with facilities for playing, badminton, volleyball and cricket. We also have a common room for indoor sports.

Placement

Placement is on top of the agenda at the campus for all. The entire focus on academic activities is oriented to provide the best possible placement to the students in leading corporate houses/MNCs. Preston has established a dedicated Counseling and Placement Cell (CPC) for enhancing the exposure of the students to the corporate world and to act as an interface between the Institution and the Industry. The CPC also focuses on final placement as well as arranging summer internships for the students. There is no shortcut to success. Therefore, believe in beginning early to plan.
