The Committee, a not-for-profit academic organization, successfully ran arts and science schools and institutes until 2008.

Residential Accommodation

The hostel is on campus.  There are 32 living rooms that can accommodate 5 students in each room, provided with a writing table, chair, and a cupboard. There are sufficient toilets, bathrooms, and washbasins with running water. There are two dining rooms and a modern kitchen. There is a beautiful chapel also on campus to meet the spiritual needs of the inmates

The Library

Potti Sriramulu Chalavadi Mallikarjuna Rao College of Engineering & Technology, Vijayawada has its excellently equipped library housed in a second-storeyed building. It is well-ventilated and furnished with a pleasant academic environment. The library has a collection of 10,000+ books, 100+ journals, 500+ dissertations, 4000 back volumes of journals and CDs, and DVDs.The Dewey Decimal Classification system is followed for the arrangement of the books.

Computer Lab

The requirement of the day is computer Education. Our computer lab has 49 systems and provides knowledge and experience to our students. The lab is open even after college hours providing opportunities for interested learners to practice and become masters in computer operations. Students utilize the Internet facility to download and prepare for their teaching practicals and use the Net for Powerpoint preparation.

Canteen

The college has an ideal cafeteria that takes utmost care in providing hygienic and wholesome food at subsidized rates. The authorities take personal care in maintaining the quality of food served in the cafeteria.

Sports

The Department of Physical Education is well equipped with good infrastructure and includes activities like Volleyball, Badminton, TT, Cricket, Throw ball, Athletics, and more.  Sports are a way of life for the students conscious of health and fitness and those looking for professional star status.
